Nominate your company today for the 2023 Lake-Geauga Fast Track 50. Nominations are also being accepted for the Young Entrepreneur and the Nonprofit Awards. Click on the award titles below to see the qualification requirements for each award.

To nominate an organization for the Fast Track 50 award, you’ll need:

  • Company information (CEO contact info, year founded, address, email)
  • Last 5 years of revenue data
  • Last 5 years of employee counts
  • Accountant’s contact information
  • Company Logo

To nominate an organization for the Nonprofit award, you’ll need:

  • Organization information (CEO contact info, year founded, address, email)
  • Statement that:
    • Explains how the organization has created meaningful and measurable benefits for the community
    • Provides examples of outstanding community services, innovative programming, and/or delivery of service

To nominate an organization for the Young Entrepreneur award, you’ll need:

  • Nominee name, contact info, and age
  • Statement that summarizes the young entrepreneur’s:
    • Vision and willingness to take risks in growing a business
    • Leadership and community involvement

Considered businesses must meet the following requirements of eligibility to qualify for Fast Track 50 nomination:

  • Classify as a for-profit organization
  • Operated consistently for the last five years (no later than the end of 2017)
  • Minimum annual sales of $250,000 each consecutive year following the baseline year

Considered nonprofit organizations must meet the following requirements of eligibility to qualify for Nonprofit award nomination:

  • Registered 501(c) and in good standing with the Ohio Secretary of State and serve Lake and/or Geauga County residents
  • Incorporated in 2018 or prior with a minimum annual operating budget of $250,000 in 2022
  • Organization must describe how it has demonstrated a dedication to its mission in Lake and/or Geauga Counties by:
    • Explaining how the organization has created meaningful and measurable benefits to the community
    • Providing examples of outstanding community services, innovative programming and/or delivery of service

Considered young entrepreneurs must meet the following requirements of eligibility to qualify for Young Entrepreneur award nomination:

  • 30 years or younger at the time of the application
  • Responsible for starting and/or substantially growing a business in Lake or Geauga Counties
  • Nominator must describe how the young entrepreneur has:
    • demonstrated vision and willingness to take risks in growing a business
    • displayed leadership and community involvement
