Young Entrepreneur Award Nomination

To apply for the Young Entrepreneur Award, the nominee must be:

• 35 years or younger at the time of the nomination
• Responsible for starting and/or substantially growing a business in Lake or Geauga Counties
• Nominator must describe how the young entrepreneur has:
  • demonstrated vision and willingness to take risks in growing a business
  • displayed leadership and community involvement
